HEY MAMA is offering a new version of the concept that made its first restaurant such a success.

The new restaurant will be housed in the Graffalgar hotel, a landmark of Strasbourg's alternative scene, in the railway station district, a quirky cultural landmark and a space for artistic creation that is constantly reinventing itself!

while the menu for this new restaurant will retain the DNA of the first one, there are plenty of new features to look forward to:

  • Early morning opening from 7am, with a breakfast offer in partnership with the hotel.
  • A special coworking package (including breakfast and meal) available from Monday to Friday.
  • A new evening menu, with dishes to share, for a more convivial experience.
  • "MonDates", special evenings organized on Mondays, with DJ sets or concerts.
  • New events such as comedy shows, chef residencies and other surprises to come.
