This project for a cinema open to the city was conceived and nurtured over more than two years by a collective formed around the association Le Troisième Souffle.
The Cosmos project is based on three principles:
- A co-operative approach involving the public, partners and employees.
- Thematic cycles focusing on the art and techniques of cinema, but also on social issues.
- Cultural events co-constructed with local organisations in conjunction with the film programme (exhibitions, concerts, shows, etc.).
